Warning: What you didn’t know about having a positive mindset. In this blog, I’m sharing how changing your mindset might just make you a better mom. Keep reading to change how you’ll view motherhood forever.
Having a more positive mindset and outlook on motherhood can be a complete game changer for you! If you’re like me, you liked to keep an open mind. And you’re super interested in changing the narrative around motherhood. A lot of the mindset you see on social media is negative. The “motherhood is so hard,” and “These kids don’t listen, they’re just bad,” and “Just wait until….” are all negative mindsets that drag mothers down and make them feel bad or scared of what’s to come.
What’s a negative mindset?
More negative mindset is all the crap about only having 18 summers with your kids, that they are only little for a short time, and by the time they are 5 years old you’ve spent something like 78% of all the time you’ll ever spend with them. Like how do things like that help anyone?! Well hey! I’m Alessandra, a stay at home mom of 3 kids and I’m changing the narrative. I share a much more positive outlook on motherhood because your kids aren’t disappearing at 18 years old and after 5 years old you still have lots of time to spend with them. Oh and you can truly enjoy being a stay at home mom, I promise.

When you start getting ready for the day (yes this is a mindset shift!), motivating yourself, and taking care of yourself, you could start feeling happier! When you start using words like “must” and “get” you’ll be surprised how much i can affect your daily life.
3. You might be a better mom
When you change your mindset you might rise above what our culture says being a mom is, and become an even better version of yourself! That’s because you might allow yourself to actually enjoy mom life.
