Happy March! St. Patrick’s Day is coming and like any holiday, it offers many great craft ideas for toddlers and kids. In this blog you’ll find a super easy and adorable St. Patrick’s Day craft for kids. It’s fun and simple and your kids will have a blast creating their rainbow.

You probably have most of the supplies in your house for this St. Patrick’s Day craft, but if not there are easy switches to make. If you don’t have a plate, just use white paper. If you don’t have streamers just cut up strips of construction paper. There is always, always a way to modify!

St. Patrick’s Day Craft Supplies:

  • A white paper plate, cut in half
  • Cotton balls
  • Rainbow-colored streamers
  • Glue

On the front of your plate, let your child load it up with glue (this will probably be their favorite part) then put on some cotton balls. This is your “cloud.”

Next turn the plate around and add some glue towards the bottom half of the plate. Glue on the streamers so they hang down from the straight edge of the plate.

That’s it! You now have a fun and colorful St. Patty’s Day decoration! I love hanging my kids artwork up around the house or on our windows. It adds color and happiness, I think!

I hope you try this fun and easy craft at home with your little one! If you did, let me know how it goes. Happy St. Patrick’s Day, mama!
