Positive Affirmations For Moms
I know there is a lot of talk lately about toxic positivity, but I want to be clear, that’s not what mindset changes are about. I grew up with a great mindset coach (shout out to my mom!) and because of her I’ve always been an optimistic person. Our mind really is a powerful tool, and we can choose to be happy! Isn’t that amazing? So I never want to be confused as overly positive or that I believe everything is rainbows and unicorns because that’s just not possible.
I believe we can be good moms even when we have a bad day. You can be happy, sad, angry, excited, whatever, and still be a great mom! It’s how we view ourselves in each moment that counts. Having a more positive outlook on things can be life changing! So in this blog I’m sharing 50 of my favorite mom mantras that you can say to yourself everyday, to have a more positive day!
